How it Works

The Web CEO Keyword Research Tool was created to organize your in-depth website keyword research and theme building. Even if you are not a professional, you will not find it difficult to operate the software because it is extremely user-friendly.

For seasoned SEOs, this is the all-in-one solution for keyword mining. It helps you discover the most popular and relevant keywords your target visitors enter when they search for information in search engines. This function is realized in four reports. See this tool in action.

1. Explore your niche by spying on the competition

Description: Start by exploring keyword niche for your business. Enter your website-related keyword into the search box and press "Start." The software will request search engines for pages with this keywords, and then extract the content of the meta keywords tags of the pages found. There will be a snowball effect: one entered keyword may result in thousands of keywords and phrases, so you will certainly have quite a few to select from.

The suggestions found will be displayed in the left pane. Click on any keyword there and on the right pane; you will see websites that use this keyword in their META keywords tags, along with other keywords they use.

2. Get suggestions

Description: Enter your main keyword, and you will get up to 1,000 keyword suggestions with the daily search prediction, competition, and KEI numbers. Keyword phrases that you find appropriate to optimize your site for can be copied into the Basket on the right pane.

3. View competitors and refine your keyword list

Description: You can take a quick look at the ten top competitors. Select the Basket containing the selected keywords, the phrase to analyze competition for, one of 650-plus search engines and press “Refresh.” Web CEO will show you the search engine results page and also insert each competitor’s PageRank (even if you’ve requested a search engine other than Google).

When your ranking profile is set up, press “Start” and watch Web CEO check your rankings. Results immediately appear on the screen as each request is processed in real-time.

4. Get a deep insight into your competition

Description: The competition analysis feature is by far the most appreciated feature of the Web CEO Keywords tool. Select the Basket containing the keyword, check the keywords you want to analyze, and choose a search engine. When you press “Analyze,” Web CEO will make a detailed comparison chart to help you pinpoint the keywords with the best traffic potential and lowest competition.
